We're a property development company based in the UK.

We're looking for an Italian speaking sales agent to help us get in touch with landowners in italy, who we are hoping to develop energy projects on their land.

We will provide you with:

- All of the leads to contact & their telephone numbers and contact details

- All of the maps, details and rationales why a development will work on the landowner's land and why they will earn often considerably higher income if they choose to use their land for an energy project, rather than for agriculture.

- We will provide all of the transaction documents.

- Training to understand the transaction process.

We are looking for someone with a strong sales background who can:

- Communicate offers to purchase or rent land from landowners in Italy. 

- Effectively prospect the landowners & weed out people who are wasting our time & focus on landowners who are likely to sign up.

- Ensure that interested landowners sign the relevant documentation as soon as possible, so that we can begin our work to get planning approvals & build the projects.

- Travel across Italy comfortably and can drive to meet the landowners to present our proposal. The landowners are spread across Sardinia and mainland Italy, but there is a preference for people located in central or Southern Italy (though this is not required).

We are primarily looking for sales people who can start fairly immediately on a flexible basis.

Our structure is that we offer an hourly wage and a commissions, payable on the date that the project enters operations.
