Who are we?
Holzkern - we are a rapidly expanding Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand with a focus on watches, jewellery and accessories. During the strong growth of our 6-year success story, we’ve served more than 750,000 customers in almost 100 countries worldwide, and now employ more than 150 people. Our business model began exclusively online, then 3 years ago we took the step into retail trade and firmly established ourselves with 7 of our own stores, as well as with diverse partners, in Germany and Austria.
Our current product range offers:
- Natural Diversity: thanks to the combination of distinctive grains in our hardwoods and the impressive structures in the stones we use, each and every product is genuinely unique
- Huge selection of designs: more than 800 different designs made from WOOD and STONE - in all possible colours and forms
- Production in small quantities: this makes our products even more special and individual
- Multi-functional products: Quartz, automatic, solar and hybrid watches with a diversity of practical functions packaged in classically elegant designs
What are we looking for?
We want to expand our dealership network beyond the borders of Germany and Austria, and are looking for experienced and motivated retail representatives in Italy, the Netherlands and France who, together with us, would like to make the Holzkern brand even more well established.
You should take care of:
- Proactive procurement of new distributor-customers in your sales area (Acquisition)
- Support for active existing customers and intensifying of partnerships (Customer Relations Management)
- Intake of orders
- Implementation of market analysis
- Coordinating appointments
- Implementation of the corporate strategy
What does your profile look like?
- 5 or more years of occupational experience in a similar position
- Commercial education is an advantage
- Independently responsible, motivated and success-oriented working methods
- A focus on comprehensive and sales-oriented support for respective customers
- A passion for actively selling
- A willingness for extensive travelling and flexibility
- Friendly and competent people skills
- An existing network of distributors and partners in the area of watches, jewellery and accessories is an advantage

Contractual and financial obligations:
- Sales representative contract
- Monthly payment of commissions
