Having established our presence with a flagship showroom in Paris in 2019, we are thrilled to announce the opening of our new offices in Switzerland, marking our entry into the Swiss market.

We are currently seeking skilled sales specialists for the construction sector to join our team in the cantons of Geneva, Basel, Zurich, Ticino, and Berne.

Mission:

Drive our sales initiatives across Switzerland, focusing on construction projects and real estate promotions.

Tasks Description:

• Identify, prospect, sell, and represent eba to professionals in construction: developers, architects, interior designers and real estate development projects.
• Scout and engage potential customers involved in construction and real estate sectors.
• Actively promote our diverse range of kitchen solutions tailored for construction and real estate settings.
• Enhance the company's visibility and image within the Swiss market.
• Understand customer needs to provide tailored advice.
• Manage the entire commercial negotiation process leading to order signings.

Candidate’s Profile:

• 2 to 3 years of successful experience in a similar role, with a focus on furniture and experience in construction or real estate projects.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Thrives on challenges and demonstrates initiative.
• Genuine passion for the products being sold.

Position’s Characteristics and Conditions:

• Target area: Geneva, Basel, Zurich, Ticino, and Berne.
• Commission structure: To be negotiated based on performance.
