What we are looking for:

As part of our strategic growth, we are seeking to appoint experienced Independent Commission-Only Sales Agents with established connections within the football industry and with other outdoor sports facilities requiring all-weather covers. 

This is a rare opportunity for a highly motivated and well-connected professional to represent a respected brand with a proven product portfolio, working on a flexible, self-employed basis. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client relationships with football clubs, training grounds, other sporting organisations.
  • Promote and sell Matchsaver’s range of pitch protection solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively generate sales leads within your network
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients throughout the sales process
  • Expand the range of outdoor sports customers including; Tennis, Football, Rugby, Cricket, American football, baseball etc  
  • Look to develop other markets with sports facilities including Colleges, Universities, leisure complexes etc
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activity

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • A strong track record in B2B sales, ideally within the grounds management, turf care, or sports infrastructure sectors
  • Existing relationships with football clubs at the professional or semi-professional level
  • A solid understanding of pitch management challenges and the operational needs of football clubs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • The ability to operate independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively
