The Role

We are seeking motivated and ambitious Sales Agents to join our growing team. Your main responsibility will be to recruit and onboard doctors onto the Airpal Technology platform and support them in generating ongoing consultations.

This is a commission-based role with recurring income opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, contact, and onboard doctors onto the Airpal Technology platform

• Build strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals

• Support doctors in setting up their profiles and using the platform

• Act as the key account manager for the doctors you sign up

• Help grow usage and ensure satisfaction with the platform

Earnings Potential

• Airpal charges 7.5% per consultation

• As a Sales Agent, you earn 2% for every doctor you manage

Example:

• Average consultation = €50

• Average doctor = 5 consultations per day

• Earnings per doctor for you = €1,800 per year

• 50 doctors signed = €90,000 recurring yearly income

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Knowledge of healthcare or medical sales (preferred, but not essential)

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset

• Ability to work independently with strong accountability
