At the moment, Digital Design is looking for an opportunity to apply its accumulated skills and experience for the Western Europe IT market. The company offers high project management and software development quality level, and ruble rates for its services.

The company has experience working with European customers: the company’s list of clients includes Carlsberg Group, Heineken, Johnson & Johnson, Tetra Pac, Novartis, Knauf, Prince’s Trust. But these are primarily one-off projects, and the contracts were concluded using personal connections (e.g., due to a manager’s relocation from Russia to Europe). Now we’d like to build a more efficient process.

We consider both working with end customers, and outsourcing or outstaffing our skills and employees to work with successful local IT companies.

Requirements for a candidate:

  • higher education (preferably in the field of IT);
  • relevant working experience in the field of IT, knowing main technologies, project management formats, ways to interact between a customer and a developer;
  • experience in sales
  • being self-sufficient and initiative in organizing the process;
  • being fluent in English and the language of the agent’s country



  • Generating leads*
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

* Leads we’re looking for: medium and large enterprises in Northern, Western and Central Europe. We provide development services to end customers and offshore software outsourcing services for other IT companies. Main services:

  • Custom Software Development (web development, mobile development)
  • Microsoft cloud solutions implementation, migration, support
  • Digital Workplace development and maintenance



  • in-depth training on the company’s skills, experience, company managers and main business lines;
  • marketing support (English website, promotion, presentations, etc.) from the head office;
  • decent commission percentage for concluded contracts;
  • in case of successful business development: a position of the head of the European representative office of the company
